Wisconsin Sausage Company was founded on the range in the South Central part of Wisconsin. The Company which is independently owned by Steve and Tara Forrer is the first company to bring pure Angus beef snacks and summer sausage to the marketplace. Wisconsin Sausage Company offers pure Angus beef jerky, beef sticks and steaks, along with a variety of summer sausages.
